This is an 18 size with an outer case diameter of 59mm(2.3 inches)      
 
 The only decoration on the case is the small crest on the front cover - it does show some smoothing of the engraving like you get from carrying a soft silver watch in your pocket, however overall the case remains quite presentable and is in very good condition for an old keywind

  To set the hands the front bezel hinges open and the key is placed on the square post in the center and turned
 
 
 
 
 
It is running well with good motion and keeping good time as it has been professionally cleaned and oiled
